Les animateurs du Centre de Loisirs Monseigneur Pigeon seront présents tous les jours de la semaine au chalet du parc Ignace Bourget à Montréal pour vous faire découvrir le disc golf : du plaisir garanti, 100% gratuit !
Au programme :
- Ronde d'initiation individuelle ou en groupe pour les débutants
- Prêt gratuit de matériel sur place, pour tous
Horaire :
- Du lundi au vendredi, de 16h30 à 21h30 (à partir du 27 juin, jusqu'à fin aout)
- Aucune d'inscription requise

In partnership with the Centre de Loisirs Monseigneur Pigeon, we can now offer you the ability to shop for disc golf discs, Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 11:30am and from 1:30pm to 8:00pm (on Friday, closed at 4:30pm).
Simply go to reception at Centre de Loisirs Monseigneur Pigeon: map and instructions (5 minute walk from the Jolicoeur Metro station situated at 5550 Rue Angers, Montréal, QC H4E 4A5).
Whether a beginner or an advanced player, you will find a large selection of discs (models, plastics and weights) to suit your needs.
Advantages:
- Avoid shipping and duty costs associated with buying online.
- Open evenings so you can shop for discs when it's convenient for you.
- Contribute to the development of disc golf in Montreal - All proceeds will be reinvested locally (e.g.: creation of new disc golf courses).

First permanent disc golf course in Montreal! |

This signifies a new chapter in the development of disc golf in Montreal - a 12 basket course was installed at parc Ignace Bourget on September 24th, 2009!
Thanks go to several South-west borough elements (the city and the recreational center) for believing in this innovative project in Montreal and for listening and guiding the ADGM throughout the process, from the first meetings right up to the final installation at the park.
Thanks also to Innova Disc Golf and to PDGA Canada for their major financial contributions toward the purchase of the materials needed for the course.
And of course, thank you to the ADGM members, volunteers and disc golfers, without whom this would not have been possible.
The official inauguration date for the course is october 24th, 2009, but the course is available for play as of now. Good golfing to one and all!

Le dimanche 20 septembre aprés-midi, l'ADGM organise une ronde d'initiation au disc golf, suite aux démonstrations effectuées lors de la thématique "La rentrée active" des agglomérations de Longueuil, pour promouvoir les bienfaits de l'activité physique et des saines habitudes de vie, organisées par le CRÉ de Longueuil.
Cette activité est complétement gratuite et ouverte à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir et jouer au disc golf.
