Join us on Saturday, August 30th 2008 for the Big Cup Challenge in Montreal at Maisonneuve Park. This disc golf tournament, organized by the ADGM (Association Disc Golf Montreal), is open to all, regardless of age or skill level.
For each person who registers, the ADGM will be offering a Discraft Elite Z golf disc!
The program is divided into 4 categories. The leading three players in each category will be awarded prizes; Advanced players compete for cash prizes!
More than $500 dollars worth of prizes will be given out during the day!
Tournament Program
Three rounds of nine holes will be played; 2 in the morning and 1 after lunch. The person having the lowest over-all score for the three rounds takes the division they are classed in for the tournament.
Departure points for Beginner and Intermediate players are closer to the baskets than for Experienced and Advanced players.
Meeting point: The entrance for Maisonneuve Park on Viau Street, near the intersection with Sherbrooke Street. The meeting point is marked on the course map (see PDF file).
The top three players in each category will win a prize and have their names added to the ADGM’s list of prizewinners. The winner of the Advanced Category will have their name engraved on the Big Cup.

The top three players in the Advanced Category will be awarded prize money. In all, more than $500 dollars’ worth of prizes (cash and merchandise) will be given out.
Tournament Registration Fees
• Beginner : $20 • Intermediate : $30 • Experienced : $35 • Advanced : $40
A $5 discount is offered to all ADGM members, irrelevant of their skill level.
Registration includes participation in three rounds of 9 holes and a quality Discraft Elite Z golf disc.

Registration fees may be payed onsite the day of the tournament or in advance to one of the ADGM administrators (Fabrice, François, Patrick or Marie-Josée).
Please take note that this tournament is part of the ADGM 2008 Tour.
Tournament Schedule
• 9 a.m. – Player registration; Scorecard handout. • 9:30 a.m. – Departure time for the first two rounds of 9 holes (18 baskets). • 12:30 p.m. – Lunch; Skill contests. Skill contests will be offered during the lunch hour. Pack your lunch ahead of time so you can join in the fun. • 1:30 p.m. – Departure time for the third and final round of 9 holes. • 3:00 p.m. – Final tournament results; Prize remittance.
The tournament will take place rain or shine.
Player Categories Men’s Division (Amateur): • Beginner • Intermediate • Experienced • Advanced
Women’s Division (Amateur): • Beginner • Intermediate • Experienced • Advanced
Junior Mixed Division is reserved for players under 18 years old.
